Real estate runs in Diana's family—she comes from a line of builders, agents, and appraisers, and has held her own license since 2006. A Northern Virginia native who grew up in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Diana has called Purcellville home for 22 years. She and her family built their own custom home in Loudoun County, giving her firsthand experience with local builders, land, and new construction that she brings directly to clients doing the same. Her lived-in knowledge means she can speak to school districts, commute patterns, zoning, well and septic considerations, and the character of individual neighborhoods with the authority of someone who has actually lived it, not just studied it.
